Shipping

We make each Scoreboard Swag shirt after you order it. Printing and packing usually take 2–5 business days; shipping time is additional and varies by destination and carrier. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Please don’t rely on an order arriving before a particular game or event.

Standard US shipping starts at $4.95. The shipping charge for your order is shown before you pay. Multiple items may arrive in separate packages. We’ll send available tracking after shipment. If we learn about a significant delay, we’ll contact you with an update and available options.

Check your delivery address carefully. If you spot an error, contact hello@prepdex.io immediately with your order number. Address changes are not guaranteed. If an incorrect address causes a return, we’ll confirm the corrected address and any reshipping charge with you before sending it again.

If your package seems lost or tracking says delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us promptly. We’ll help investigate. For a confirmed loss in transit, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. A delivered-but-missing report needs investigation; it is not automatically treated as a lost-in-transit shipment.

Limited releases and Classics

A new-game drop closes at noon Pacific six calendar days after its official game date. For example, a Saturday game closes the following Friday at noon; a Thursday game closes the following Wednesday at noon. Each drop’s product page shows its exact closing date. Classics have no scheduled drop deadline. A drop closing does not cancel an existing order or end help with an order problem.
