Scoreboard Swag is operated by Prepdex Holdings, LLC. This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information when you visit scoreboardswag.com, place an order or contact us.

Information we collect

When you shop or contact us, we collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, order details and support messages. Checkout and payment providers process payment information. We receive transaction and payment-status information needed to manage your order.

Shopify and connected services can collect device and browser information, IP address, identifiers, pages viewed and shopping activity, including product views, cart and checkout activity. Cookies and similar technologies operate the store, remember choices, understand use and support advertising. Information comes from you, your use of the store, and providers that process payments, fulfill orders, deliver packages and measure advertising.

How we use information

We use information to process and fulfill orders, take payments, send order and delivery updates, answer questions, handle cancellations and product problems, maintain records, prevent fraud, secure the store and meet legal obligations. We also use shopping activity to improve the store and measure and improve advertising.

If you choose marketing emails, you can unsubscribe using the link in those emails. This does not stop messages needed to manage your order or respond to you.

Who receives information

Shopify. Shopify hosts the store and provides commerce and checkout services. Shopify and its providers process information to operate and improve those services. Payment providers process payment details. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and privacy request portal.

Printful and delivery providers. Printful produces and fulfills our products. We provide order details and recipient information needed for fulfillment, including name, delivery address, email and phone number when provided. See Printful’s privacy policy.

Meta advertising and measurement. We use Meta tools through Shopify to measure and improve advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Our Enhanced integration includes Meta Pixel, advanced matching and Conversions API. It can share browsing and shopping activity, including page views, cart activity and purchases, and contact information you provide, such as name, email, phone number and location. This helps match store activity with people on Meta services and support relevant advertising. See Meta’s privacy policy.

We may disclose information to providers operating the store and support, when you direct us, or as necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, protect people and our business, or handle a business transfer. Providers receive information relevant to their services.

Cookies and advertising choices

Where our cookie banner appears, you can accept or decline optional cookies or manage preferences. Necessary technologies support checkout, security and privacy choices.

Disclosing information for advertising based on activity across websites can be considered a sale, sharing or targeted advertising under some US state laws. US visitors can use Your privacy choices to opt out. This does not prevent processing needed for orders, security or legal obligations, and does not mean you will stop seeing advertisements.

Our Shopify privacy settings recognize Global Privacy Control for US visitors using a supported browser. The choice applies to that browser and device; you may need to repeat it on another browser or device. Other browser Do Not Track signals are not treated as an opt-out request.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or receive a copy of information, correct it, request deletion or opt out of certain advertising uses. You may also have a right to appeal our decision. Contact hello@prepdex.io for requests or appeals, or use the privacy-choice page for advertising opt-outs.

We may need information to verify identity and authority. For an authorized agent, we may ask for proof of authorization and verify the request with you where appropriate. We will not discriminate for exercising applicable rights. Legal exceptions may apply, including records needed for orders, security or legal obligations.

Retention and security

We retain information as reasonably needed for these purposes, including orders, support, required records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Retention depends on the information and purpose. We use safeguards intended to protect information, but no system or transmission is completely secure.

Children and external websites

Our store serves a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children in violation of applicable law. Contact us if you believe a child provided information that should be removed. Other websites and social platforms have their own privacy practices; review their policies.

International processing

Providers may process information in the United States or other countries with different privacy laws. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements apply.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as practices or requirements change. We will post the updated policy and date and provide additional notice when required.
